Information
& Referral Services, Inc. has served the
Southern Arizona commmunity for over 42 years. I&R
began in 1965 as a program of the Tucson Community
Council and was incorporated as a 501 (c)(3) in 1974.
The HelpLine provides information, solution-based
problem-solving and resources to aid individuals
and families to live as effectively and independently
as possible. I&R
connects people to community resources and provides
community trend information.
If you want help with anything involving
public safety, health, human services or community
services in Southern Arizona, chances are I&R can
help. As Information Central and the single point of
entry into the complex web of community services, we
offer a wide range of information to meet the needs
of Arizona's equally wide range of people. Our mission
is to connect Southern Arizona to community data, resources
and information from everyday needs to crisis/disaster
referrals.

Senior Services
Senior Services gives older adults and their caregivers
information about appropriate, low-cost living arrangements
and related services.
Independent
Living
Lifeline of Information
& Referral Services provides the opportunity for
older and disabled adults to continue living independently
in their own homes, knowing emergency help can be summoned
around-the-clock simply by pressing a button. Click

Data
Resources Services
I&R publishes the Directory
of Community Resources, a guide to community services
relied on by small businesses, human resource professionals,
social workers, educators, health-care providers and
other professionals in Pima County.
The I&R database of information
includes over 2,600 community services. I&R can
provide customized reports
about a variety of human service issues, useful for
funders and other decision-makers. Funders and human
service professionals may also want to reach the human
service community through mailings,
broadcast fax, or e-mail. I&R can provide
