Electronic Focus Groups replace the resource-intensive in person focus groups. Organizations can reach many more people who will take 15-20 minutes to provide information, rather than drive, park and take an hour to discuss a topic.

Similar to the online survey, an electronic focus group asks completely open-ended questions. Saving the time of setting up, holding and evaluating community meetings. Using the electronic focus group format, customers receive individual feedback from all participants. This is often more than those who would have taken the time to attend a meeting and more feedback because everyone provides input, not just the most vocal. I&R collects, collates and categorizes results, providing a report along with the raw data.
