The Information & Referral (I&R) HelpLine is information and help on call 7am-7pm on weekdays, and 10am-4pm on Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
It is a central source of information and
single point of entry into the complex web of community
resources, government, nonprofit, faith-based and grass-roots
organizations of Cochise, Graham, Greenlee, Pima and
Santa Cruz Counties. Information Specialists provide
information to help people find and obtain the assistance
they need. Information Specialists help callers clarify
their needs, provide referrals to the appropriate organizations
and, if needed, will advocate on callers' behalf. Many
of the specialists are bi-lingual and all languages
can be accomodated through voice interpretation.
