No envelope stuffers needed here! I&R is looking for volunteers who want to do research on the internet, gather and analyze data, write grants, design marketing materials, create newsletters and direct mail campaigns, speak to middle school students about your work and life experience.

Clerical Assistance

I&R regularly recruits individuals with office skills for this sometimes unglamorous, but always critical role. Volunteer answer phones, greet visitors, input data, prepare mailings, implement special projects, and merchandise and sell our products. Training is on-the-job. Our Front Office staff will make every effort to find the jobs that most suit your interests...there's always plenty to do, and we welcome the help.

Volunteer Coordinator

Have you ever thought about really making a volunteer commitment? While I&R relies on volunteers, we also know we could do a much better job of matching our needs to the many wonderful people with whom we come into contact. A Volunteer Coordinator would be just the person to ensure we are responsive to people who want to help. The ideal volunteer for this position would have excellent organizational skills, love working with people, be willing to learn all about I&R and its needs and offerings and be able to commit up to 10 hours per week to help make a difference. It's a tall order, but we know there are great people out there!
